His career has spanned roles from teacher and principal to central office positions and superintendent, providing him with a deep understanding of how to guide students, parents, and schools through complex educational systems. Kevin's leadership has driven improvements in graduation rates, college readiness, and resource accessibility, making him a passionate advocate for student achievement.
As a former superintendent, Kevin played a key role in establishing partnerships with local colleges and businesses, offering students industry-recognized certifications. Under his leadership, his district achieved some of the highest graduation and college enrollment rates in Central Texas. His work earned national recognition, including a collaboration with the White House to highlight the district’s success in promoting graduation and college opportunities.
